At Myxt Art, each product is thoughtfully hand-painted and crafted with care. We want you to love your purchase while also maintaining fair guidelines for returns.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Final sale or discounted items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myxtart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@myxtart.com within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a refund or store credit at no additional cost.

Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Each Myxt Art piece is individually hand-painted, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, pattern, and brushwork are natural and part of the artistic process. No two items will be exactly alike.

Every effort is made to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online.

Our handbags are hand-painted using specialized materials. To preserve the artwork:

  • Avoid excessive friction or prolonged exposure to moisture
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners
  • Store in a cool, dry place

Improper care may affect the longevity of the design.

Our products are made using paints, sealants, and materials intended for external use on accessories. While we use quality materials, individuals with sensitivities or allergies should use discretion. Myxt Art is not liable for reactions resulting from individual sensitivities.

As with all handcrafted items, normal wear and tear may occur over time; the longevity of the artwork depends on usage and care.
